Enable third-party cookies

If your browser is set to block third-party cookies, Publer won't be able to work properly. We suggest you enable third-party cookies or at least whitelist Publer and Facebook.

 

Chrome users  

  1. Click the Chrome menu in the upper right corner of the window (the three dots).
  2. Select "Settings".
  3. Scroll down and click "Show advanced settings".
  4. In the "Privacy" section, click the "Content settings..." button.
  5. Do any of the following
    • Uncheck "Block third-party cookies and site data"
    • Or make an exception for [*.]superpubler.com and [*.]facebook.com
  6. Click "Done" and refresh Publer.

 

Firefox users

  1. Click the Firefox menu in the upper right corner of the window (the three lines).
    • If you're using Windows, click "Options"
    • If you're using Mac OS, click "Preferences"
  2. Select "Privacy".
  3. Do any of the following
    • In the "History" section, choose "Remember history".
    • Or if you prefer to use custom settings, ensure "Accept third-party cookies" is set to either "Always" or "From visited".
  4. Close the window and refresh Publer.

 

Safari users

  1. Open Safari preferences.
  2. Select "Privacy".
  3. In the "Cookies and website data" section, select either "Always allow" or "Allow from websites I visit".
  4. Close the popup and refresh Publer.

 

Opera users  

  1. Click the Opera menu in the upper left corner of the window.
    • If you're using Windows, click Settings
    • If you're using Mac OS, click Preferences
  2. Select "Privacy & security".
  3. In the "Cookies" section do any of the following
    • Uncheck "Block third-party cookies and site data"
    • Or make an exception for [*.]superpubler.com and [*.]facebook.com
  4. Close the window and refresh Publer.

 

Microsoft Edge users  

  1. Click the configuration icon in the upper right corner of the window (the three dots).
  2. Select "Settings".
  3. Scroll down and click "View advanced settings".
  4. In the "Cookies" section, select the option "Don't block cookies".
  5. Close the panel and refresh Publer.

 

Internet Explorer users  

  1. Click the configuration icon in the upper right corner of the window.
  2. Select "Internet Options".
  3. Click the "Privacy" tab.
  4. In the "Settings" section, click "Advanced".
  5. Make sure "Accept" is chosen for both First-party Cookies and Third-party Cookies.
  6. Click OK, close the popup and refresh Publer.

 

 

If you enabled cookies on your browser but you’re still seeing an error message, try restarting your browser. If that still didn't help, try clearing your cache and cookies.
