Clearing your cache and cookies

If you recently enabled cookies on your browser, try clearing your browser's cache & cookies and restarting your browser.

 

Chrome users  

  1. Click the Chrome menu in the upper right corner of the window (the three dots).
  2. Select "Settings".
  3. Scroll down and click "Show advanced settings".
  4. In the "Privacy" section, click the "Clear browsing data..." button.
  5. Select at least "the past hour" option for "Obliterate the following items from".
  6. Check "Cookies and other site and plugin data".
  7. Check "Cached images and files".
  8. Click "Clear browsing data" and refresh Publer.

 

Firefox users

  1. Click the Firefox menu in the upper right corner of the window (the three lines).
    • If you're using Windows, click "Options"
    • If you're using Mac OS, click "Preferences"
  2. Select "Privacy".
  3. In the "History" section, click "clear your recent history".
  4. Select at least "Last Hour" for "Time range to clear".
  5. Check "Cookies" and "Cache".
  6. Click "Clear Now" and refresh Publer.

 

Safari users

  1. Open Safari preferences.
  2. Select "Privacy".
  3. In the "Cookies and website data" section, click "Manage Website Data...".
  4. Find and select "superpubler.com".
  5. Click "Remove" and refresh Publer.

 

Opera users  

  1. Click the Opera menu in the upper left corner of the window.
    • If you're using Windows, click "Settings"
    • If you're using Mac OS, click "Preferences"
  2. Select "Privacy & security".
  3. In the "Privacy" section, click the "Clear browsing data..." button.
  4. Select at least "the past hour" option for "Obliterate the following items from".
  5. Check "Cookies and other site and data".
  6. Check "Cached images and files".
  7. Click "Clear browsing data" and refresh Publer.

 

Microsoft Edge users  

  1. Click the configuration icon in the upper right corner of the window (the three dots).
  2. Select "Settings".
  3. Scroll down to "Clear browsing data".
  4. Click "Choose what to clear".
  5. Select "Cookies and saved website data".
  6. Select "Cached data and files".
  7. Click "Clear".
  8. Close the panel and refresh Publer.

 

Internet Explorer users  

  1. Click the configuration icon in the upper right corner of the window.
  2. Select "Internet Options".
  3. Click the "General" tab.
  4. In the "Browsing history" section, click "Delete...".
  5. Select "Temporary Internet files and website files".
  6. Select "Cookies and website data".
  7. Click "Delete", close the "Internet Options" popup and refresh Publer.
